Terms of Service
The rules for using YouTube Streamer, including what you're allowed to stream.
Version 2026-10-06
The short version
- Stream only to your own YouTube channel – you connect it through YouTube so we can verify it.
- Only stream videos you own or have permission to use, including the music.
- Everything you stream must follow YouTube's rules and the law.
- You are responsible for your content and your YouTube channel. Our team may watch streams to keep the service safe.
- We stop streams and close accounts that break these rules.
1. The service
YouTube Streamer ("the service", "we") lets you upload video files and broadcast them to your own YouTube channel as a live stream from our servers. The service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and buy credit.
- Keep your password and your YouTube stream keys secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- The information you give us must be accurate, and you may not share an account with others or create accounts to abuse free trials or promotions.
- You can log in with a username and password, or with your Google account.
2a. Your YouTube channel
- You may only stream to a YouTube channel that you own or manage. You connect it through YouTube, which lets us check that the stream key belongs to your channel. We only get read access and can never post or change anything.
- We check the connection again from time to time. If a stream key is no longer on your channel, the stream is marked as unverified.
- Streams that were set up before verification existed keep working, but we may ask you to verify them.
3. Acceptable use: what you may stream
You may only upload and stream content that:
- you created yourself, or that you have a licence or written permission to broadcast publicly. This covers the video, the audio and any music;
- complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines ↗ and Terms of Service ↗; and
- is legal in Sweden, the EU and the country you live in.
Not allowed
- Copyright infringement: films, TV shows, sports broadcasts, other creators' videos or commercial music that you don't have the rights to, and re-streams of other people's live streams.
- Sexual content and nudity: including any content that sexualises minors. That content will be reported to the police.
- Violence and extremism: graphic violence, gore, terrorism or content that promotes or glorifies violent groups.
- Hate and harassment: content that attacks people based on protected characteristics, bullying, threats, or sharing other people's personal information.
- Scams and deception: fake giveaways (for example crypto "double your money" streams), impersonating other people, brands or channels, and content presented as live when it is designed to mislead viewers.
- Harmful misinformation: content that can cause real-world harm, for example about health, elections or emergencies.
- Illegal activity: selling or promoting illegal goods or services, drugs or weapons, or instructions for committing crimes.
- Platform manipulation: spam, misleading titles or thumbnails, or attempts to artificially inflate views or engagement.
- Abuse of the service: uploading malware, overloading or attacking our servers, or trying to access other users' data.
4. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and stream, and for your YouTube channel. YouTube may remove streams, give strikes or close channels under its own rules. We have no control over that and are not responsible for it. You agree to cover any costs or claims made against us because of content you uploaded or streamed in breach of these terms.
5. What we may do
- We may review uploaded files and stream logs, and watch your live streams on YouTube, to operate the service and enforce these terms.
- If we believe you are breaking these terms, we may stop your streams, remove files, and suspend or close your account, with or without notice.
- We report illegal content to the relevant authorities and act on valid copyright and takedown notices.
6. Credit, trials and payment
- The service is prepaid. Credit is used per minute while at least one of your streams is live, at the price shown on the site (currently $6 per month of live time). Streams stop automatically when your credit runs out.
- Free trials and promotions are limited to one per person. Their conditions are shown when you sign up.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is not refunded, except where required by applicable law. Credit on accounts closed for breaking these terms is forfeited.
- We may change prices. Changes will be shown on the site before they apply.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep streams running around the clock, but the service is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uptime. Interruptions can happen because of maintenance, technical faults, or changes at YouTube. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, viewers or subscribers, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Your data
To provide the service we store your username, a hashed password, your email and Google account ID if you log in with Google, your uploaded videos, your stream settings (including stream keys), your connected YouTube channel, stream logs, feedback you send us and your credit and payment history. We use this data only to run the service and don't sell it. When your account is deleted, your videos, stream settings and Google access are deleted too. Read the details in our privacy policy.
9. Reporting a problem
Found a bug or have an idea? Use the Feedback button when you're logged in. To report content that breaks these rules, a copyright issue, or anything else, contact us via peter@rpa-solutions.se.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, you'll be asked to read and accept the new version before you can continue using the service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
